Richard Jones (RJ), Founder and CEO
Richard Jones (RJ) is the founder and CEO of Scrybe Solutions, which builds programs and tools for nonprofits and health organizations. He is a reentry advocate and program designer from San Bernardino, with frontline experience in case management, community health work, and youth violence intervention across Inland Empire nonprofits.
He has mentored at-risk youth, connected families to housing, employment, and health resources, and now designs the programs and pathways he wished existed. His work treats a person's background as experience they can build on.
In 2025, he was named a 9th Annual 30 Under 30 honoree by Senator Eloise Gómez Reyes, with recognition from Congress, the California State Assembly, San Bernardino County, and the City of San Bernardino for his leadership in community activism, business, health education, art, and social entrepreneurship.
